Practice Info

• Physician-owned and led practice
• Long-standing relationships with AdventHealth and Health One (HCA)
• Physicians are regionalized to a smaller coverage area
• Need at the Louisville location covering AdventHealth Avista
• Cases include General Bread and Butter, Spine, Gyn, General, OB, Urology
• Combination of hospital and ASC work

Compensation

• Equitable highly competitive compensation plan
• Estimated starting compensation for the position is over $550,000 (based on average of 12 weeks off) with the ability to earn more with incentive pay
• 2-year partner track wealth-building shareholder opportunity is available
• $30,000 sign on bonus OR a $20,000 sign on bonus with $30,000 in student loan repayment
• $20,000 relocation bonus (if eligible)
