Gould Medical Group is seeking a BE/BC Anesthesiologist to join their stable, physician-only practice in Los Banos, California. The primary location is Memorial Hospital Los Banos, a 46-bed, not-for-profit community hospital utilizing Epic EHR. The incoming provider will join a collaborative department with a great working relationship alongside surgeons, RNs, and hospital administration.

- No trauma, cardiac, or NICU and limited ICU

Compensation
- Starting base salary: $654,753
- Sign on bonus
- Annual profit sharing for shareholders

Shift & Schedule
- 205 shifts per year
- 121 (24) On call shifts and 84 (8) hour shifts
- Approximately seventeen weeks off per year
