US Anesthesia Partners Nevada, a physician-owned and led practice serving the Las Vegas region since 1989, is seeking Trauma night shift physicians. This role offers the flexibility to tailor your practice, with primary coverage at Siena Hospital, which is establishing a Level 2 trauma program in Spring 2025. Practice Info

  • Physician-owned and led practice
  • Works across 3 health systems
  • Runs the Sunrise HCA GME residency
  • Primary coverage at Siena Hospital, starting a Level 2 program in Spring 2025

Compensation

  • Option to be W2 or 1099
  • W2 rate: $3000/shift (Weeknights 5:30p - 6:30a & weekends 6:30p - 6:30a)
  • 1099 rate: $3000/shift (Weeknights 5:30p - 6:30a & weekends 6:30p - 6:30a)
  • Holiday rate: $4000/shift (Weeknights 5:30p - 6:30a & weekends 6:30p - 6:30a)
  • W2 Full time salaried options – Partner Track or Associate options available
  • $400,000 – 7 on/14 off schedule
  • $600,000 – 7 on/7 off schedule or 14 on/14 off schedule
  • Full time W2 roles will qualify for sign on bonuses
  • Student loan repayment (if applicable)
  • Relocation (if applicable)

  • Ability to pick up additional day or night shifts on request

Requirements

  • 7 night shifts per month
  • 1 holiday coverage per month (for W2 and 1099)
  • 1 major and 1 minor holiday coverage requirement for full time physicians
  • 1099 employees are required to provide proof of their own malpractice policy
