This role offers the flexibility to tailor your practice, with primary coverage at Siena Hospital, which is establishing a Level 2 trauma program in Spring 2025. - Runs the Sunrise HCA GME residency
- Primary coverage at Siena Hospital, starting a Level 2 program in Spring 2025
Compensation
- Option to be W2 or 1099
- W2 rate: $3000/shift (Weeknights 5:30p - 6:30a & weekends 6:30p - 6:30a)
- 1099 rate: $3000/shift (Weeknights 5:30p - 6:30a & weekends 6:30p - 6:30a)
- Holiday rate: $4000/shift (Weeknights 5:30p - 6:30a & weekends 6:30p - 6:30a)
- W2 Full time salaried options – Partner Track or Associate options available
- $400,000 – 7 on/14 off schedule
- $600,000 – 7 on/7 off schedule or 14 on/14 off schedule
- Full time W2 roles will qualify for sign on bonuses
- Student loan repayment (if applicable)

Shift & Schedule

- Ability to pick up additional day or night shifts on request
Requirements
- 7 night shifts per month
- 1 holiday coverage per month (for W2 and 1099)
- 1 major and 1 minor holiday coverage requirement for full time physicians
- 1099 employees are required to provide proof of their own malpractice policy
