We are looking for an Anesthesiologist to join our medical group full time in Lansing, MI. This role offers a flexible schedule, significant time off each month, and potential advancement to Medical Director.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Utilize a multidisciplinary approach, coordinating with other healthcare professionals (Physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing team) to provide comprehensive care.
- Supervise and medically direct CRNAs.
- Administer and manage medications and interventions as needed, while monitoring for effectiveness and potential side effects.
- Educate patients and their families on anesthesiology strategies and potential side effects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and notes.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities and stay current on advancements in techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize patient care.
Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- BCBE Anesthesiologist.
- Medical license in MI.
Schedule
- Full time (6-8 shifts per month).
- Optional extra shifts available for increased earning potential; shifts can be bunched together or separated to allow significant time off each month.

Compensation
- $450k-$500k.
