- Anesthesia team provides services for five or six operating rooms daily
- Anesthesia team includes three anesthesiologists and seven CRNAs working in a care team model
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Compensation
- Salary: $625,000
- Sign on Incentive: $75,000

Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
- BE or BC
- Current medical licensure
- ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
