Anesthesiologist (Houston)

Immediate Opportunity in Houston (W2 or 1099) – Competitive Pay, No Call, Great Hours! Join a growing anesthesia team servicing 3 ASCs and 15+ office‑based anesthesia clients, primarily focused on GI—colonoscopies and endoscopies. Full benefits, 401(k), and flexible scheduling available.

We are looking for full‑time and part‑time anesthesiologists to serve our ASC and office‑based anesthesia surgeon clients in the Houston division. Providers are credentialed at more than one facility, allowing flexibility for early out requests. Calls are limited to late day and generally finish by 7 pm. We currently schedule cases on Saturdays in November and December.

Salary & Benefits

• 1099 : starting at $200/hour (PRN‑rate only); new graduate $350,000/year
• W‑2 : 2 years to partnership, shares awarded for tenure and leadership roles
• 6 ASCs, 1 endoscopy center (GI 95% of caseload)
• No OB, no hearts, no trauma, no neonates, no transplant – you go home when you're done
• No in‑house call; late‑day call, typically ending by 7 pm
• Regional anesthesia training preferred; we pay for the Maverick Regional Anesthesia Course in Fort Worth
• 40–50 hours/week, seasonal variation, sometimes less than 40 hours/week
• Reasonable PTO package plus 7 holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day
• Health insurance (BCBS) effective 30 days after employment; dental and vision available
• 401(k) with company match, effective 90 days after employment
• Paid CME/licensure (up to $3,000/year)

Qualifications

• ABA board certified or eligible (certified within 7 years after residency)
• Willingness to work independently in a fast‑paced, ambulatory environment
• Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to client office locations
