- Ambulatory surgery center
- Annual case volume is 2,500 (1,500 GI + 1,000 surgical)
- Case mix: Pediatric ENT, Adult ENT, and GI
- 1-2 ORs daily
- Medical direction of 1-2 CRNAs
Shift & Schedule
- Monday 8hr shift
- Per diem
- 8 hours per day
Responsibilities

Compensation
- Per Diem rate: $300/hour
- Referral bonus of up to $5,000 if they are hired
