Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $591,250 annual salary (W2)
- Sign‑On Bonus: $50,000
- Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $10,000

Practice Environment
- Case Variety: General, OB, Ortho, Uro, Gyn, Vascular, Neuro, and GI
- 26 ORs + 2 OB
- Available Shifts: 10's, 12's, 14's and 24's
- Call: Remote pager call.
- Post‑call day off
- Charting and software:
- EMR/EHR: Meditech Expanse – anesthesia charts on paper
- Medication management/digital pharmacy: Pyxis
Qualifications
- Active Washington state license
- BC/BE required
- BLS/ACLS/PALS
