Anesthesiologist needed in Long Beach, CA.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base compensation $577,500
• Sign‑on bonus $20,000

Practice Environment

• 10 operating rooms (ORs) and 2 obstetrics (OB) suites, 427 beds, Level II trauma center. • Start times 7 am‑5 pm or 7 am‑7 pm, with on‑call duties 1–2 times per week and backup response within 30 minutes. • 100% clinical clinician expectation with direct anesthesia services to center patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct anesthesia services to center patients.
• Manage incidents or complications during procedures.
• Communicate with the onsite Medical Director regarding safety, policy, and procedural protocols.
• Assist and collaborate with peers to ensure smooth patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Active state license, DEA, and State Clinical Documentation System (CDS) credentials.
• Board certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certification.
