Christiana Care, Union Hospital seeks an Anesthesiologist to join their team in Elkton, MD. • Utilizes a care team model supporting clinical excellence and giving everyone a voice
• Case assignments include general surgery, urology, and endo

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Compensation

• Salary: $500K annually
• Sign on Incentive: $50K

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Current medical licensure
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
