US Anesthesia Partners Colorado, a physician-owned and led practice, is seeking Anesthesiologists to join their team in the Denver metro area, particularly in the SE Denver regions including Lone Tree, Parker, and Castle Rock. This role offers clinical and lifestyle flexibility with work/life balance scheduling programs and the ability to tailor your practice across a wide range of cases. Physicians will benefit from a highly competitive compensation plan and opportunities for partnership within a locally governed network.

Practice Info

Physician-owned and led practice with long-standing relationships with AdventHealth and Health One (HCA) hospital systems.
Offers work/life balance scheduling programs.
Ability to tailor practice and work at the top of your license with all types of cases.
Opportunity to work with the new HCA anesthesia residency program at Swedish Medical Center, if desired.
Physicians are regionalized to a smaller coverage area of their choice.
Current main hiring need is for the SE Denver regions including facilities in Lone Tree, Parker, and Castle Rock.

Compensation

Equitable highly competitive compensation plan.
Estimated starting compensation: $525,000 to $550,000 (based on average of 8 weeks off) with the ability to earn more with incentive pay.
Earning potential increases once you become a partner, averaging in the $600,000 to $700,000 range depending on vacation and schedule preferences.
2-year partner track wealth-building shareholder opportunity is available.
$30,000 sign on bonus OR a $20,000 sign on bonus with $30,000 in student loan repayment, alongside a $20,000 relocation bonus (if eligible).
