Anesthesiologist

Somnia Anesthesia, a physician-owned and clinician-led group, is seeking Anesthesiologists to join their expanding team at Orange County Global Medical Center in Santa Ana, CA. • Orange County Global Medical Center is a 282-bed Level II Trauma Center with a Level III NICU.
• The facility has 4 ORs, with 2 new ORs being added.
• CRNAs handle non-trauma ORs and OB call.
• The team currently consists of 5 physicians and 8 CRNAs, operating under a Care Team Model.
• Anesthesia providers support a wide range of surgical services including Level II Trauma & Emergency Surgery, Advanced Cardiac & STEMI Cases, Obstetric, Maternal & Neonatal Care, Burn Center & Trauma Support, General, Orthopedic, Vascular, ENT, and Urologic Procedures.

Compensation

• 1099 Compensation: $15,125 weekly
• OB 24-hour call (pager) $4,500
• Referral bonus of up to $5,000 if a referred colleague is hired

Shift & Schedule

• 42 weeks of service and 10 weeks UTO
• 55 hours per week
• Shifts: 8, 10, 12-hour shifts
• Trauma OR1 24/7 coverage
• OR2 8-10 hours shifts
• 24-hour OB call
