Anesthesiologist Assistant

Role: Provide comprehensive perioperative anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgical and nonsurgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient evaluations.
• Administer anesthetics and related medications in accordance with anesthesiologist protocols.
• Use, monitor, and support anesthesia and patient care equipment during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document perioperative care.
• Assist with patient transport and perioperative positioning as needed.
• Provide resuscitative care and support in emergency situations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and perioperative decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency with anesthesia equipment and patient monitoring practices.
• Ability to follow physician‑directed protocols and ensure patient safety.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
• Competence in emergency response and basic life support/resuscitation.
