- Physician-only model with 100% own cases
- Diverse case mix including general, GI, endoscopy, GYN, orthopedics, vascular, podiatry, urology, and limited pediatric ENT/dental (6 months+)
- No OB, no cardiac surgery, and no neurosurgery
- Approximately 5,200 annual cases
- Shared 1:4 pager call
- W-2 employed position with collaborative team environment

Compensation & Benefits
- $475K–$525K salary
- $120,000 sign-on bonus
