Position Summary
McLeod Health is seeking a BE/BC general Anesthesiologist to join a hospital‑employed group of 15 Anesthesiologists. This group serves an excellent 500+ bed growing tertiary care hospital in the Pee Dee region of South Carolina.
This opportunity offers General Anesthesia work in General Surgery, Trauma Surgery, Neurosurgery, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, and Obstetrics. Ultrasound skills are REQUIRED . Call will be divided equally among the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general anesthesia services in General Surgery, Trauma Surgery, Neurosurgery, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, and Obstetrics.
- Participate in anesthesia planning and team collaboration with Physicians and CRNAs.
- Manage anesthesia care for the patient population, ensuring safety and quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) in Anesthesiology.
- Proficiency in ultrasound‑guided anesthesia techniques.
- Experience in a multi‑specialty tertiary care setting preferred.
