Anaplan Solutions Architect

A top-tier quantitative trading firm is seeking an experienced Anaplan Solutions Architect to join their Anaplan - Workforce team in NYC.

This team builds the applications and models that support critical, firm-wide workforce decisions - from identifying top talent to optimizing how people are matched to projects across the business.

You’ll partner directly with stakeholders across IT, Finance, and HR to design, build, and maintain scalable Anaplan models supporting some of the firm's most sensitive and business-critical processes.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders throughout requirements gathering and design of new Anaplan models and features
• Develop, test, and deploy features within existing models in line with SDLC best practices
• Help manage tenant and model-level user access across highly sensitive data and applications
• Maintain inbound/outbound Anaplan modules used by ETL processes
• Build, update, and deploy dashboards supporting month- and year-end close
• Test end-to-end across data accuracy, dashboards, ETL feeds, and user security
• Simplify existing model logic to support scalable architecture and best practices

Requirements:

• 3+ years implementing Anaplan solutions, with 5+ end-to-end implementations
• Experience with iterative model rewrites and large-scale enhancements
• Experience with HRIS (Workday or equivalent) and ERP (Oracle or equivalent) data
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to run multiple workstreams at once
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, finance/accounting, or a related field

Nice to have:

• Background in banking, hedge funds, private equity, or consulting
• Experience with incentive compensation modeling
• Implementation experience with accrual-based accounting models
• Experience managing Anaplan API and Cloudworks-based integrations
