Analytics Manager, Integrity & Safety

Tinder is seeking a Manager, Analytics to lead the Data Science function supporting Integrity. You will manage a team of three data scientists, work as the analytics partner to four pillars of Integrity, and stay technically hands-on to raise the bar on analytical work.

You’ll work in a hybrid role with in-office collaboration three times per week in NYC, Los Angeles, or Dallas, shaping roadmaps and establishing rigorous measurement to balance user safety and experience.
