Job Summary
We are seeking an analytical professional to support pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment operations through data-driven insights, operational reporting, and metric development. This role will partner with operations, analytics, and business stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy, automation, and performance visibility across pharmacy and healthcare-related data sources.
The ideal candidate has experience working with healthcare operational data, designing semantic data models, building actionable reporting solutions, and delivering proactive business insights rather than purely data engineering deliverables.
Required Qualifications
Must Have Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience delivering analytics and operational insights within a HIPAA-covered healthcare environment
- Strong SQL skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Python or R experience
- Healthcare, pharmacy, claims, dispensing, or fulfillment data experience
- Experience creating operational dashboards and KPI reporting
- Experience generating actionable business insights from data
- Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI handling, and healthcare data governance
- Experience with semantic data modeling and analytics delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities
Dispensing & Operational Data Management
- Develop, validate, maintain, and enhance operational metrics using pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment data.
- Improve reporting automation, data quality, and metric accuracy.
- Monitor data integrity across multiple operational data sources.
Performance Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Create and maintain operational dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Develop consolidated views across multiple dispensing and operational datasets.
- Track performance KPIs and provide timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Support financial and operational reporting initiatives.
Analytics & Business Insights
- Analyze operational performance using SQL, Excel, and analytical tools.
- Identify trends, performance gaps, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Support cross-functional teams with data-driven problem solving.
- Document KPIs, business logic, metrics, and reporting methodologies.
Data Governance & Compliance
