Revenue ManagerDaVita is hiring a Revenue Manager for our Payor Escalations - Analytics & Strategy team within Revenue Operations (ROPS), known as Team Spotlight.This position is responsible for the operational oversight of contracted payor escalations (settlements, legal escalations, supporting contract negotiations, etc.) and the associated analytics and strategy to drive these escalations to resolution. We are looking for a leader that gets excited about driving innovation in problem solving long outstanding issues, has an interest in analytics, and can build strong relationships with teams in and out of ROPS.This individual will manage large escalations and projects within ROPS, our Legal and Contracting partners, and with external insurance companies. The focus on the team is geared towards resolving our most complex and largest claim payment issues through legal and contracting channels, and collaborating to find resolution to prevent the issue from happening again.Communications will be tailored to differing audiences and there will be frequent opportunities to strategize and deliver persuasive recommendations to senior leaders. In addition, this leader should have a passion for solving complex problems, and an ability to work well as part of a fast-paced team.Overall focus is on supporting Revenue Operations in its mission to Enable the Village to Give Life through contract and inflow strategy, and resolution of some of the most complex AR issues.
