To support the Enterprise Reporting team, the full-time Analytics and Reporting Engineer will build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure for healthcare claims and dispute resolution workflows while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design, build, and maintain reporting pipelines using dbt and Snowflake to transform raw data into clean datasets Develop and publish interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Omni to provide clear visual answers to complex business questions Partner with various teams to define metrics, build scorecards, and ensure data quality through tests and validations Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, BI development, or a similar data-focused role Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and work with Snowflake Hands-on experience building and maintaining dbt models Proficiency with Power BI for data modeling and report design Familiarity with healthcare data concepts or a willingness to learn quickly
