This role is initially a hands-on individual contributor focused on delivering high-quality operational reporting and actionable insights, with a clear path to evolve into a leadership role as the team expands.Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Analytics, this individual will play a critical role in transforming operational data into decisions, with a strong emphasis on fleet and operations performance..Position Responsibilities:Hands-On Analytics & Insight Delivery (Primary Focus)Own the end-to-end development of operational reporting and analysis, with a focus on fleet and operationsTranslate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisionsProactively identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities—and recommend actionsMove beyond reporting to influence outcomes through data-driven storytellingReporting Strategy & Roadmap OwnershipDefine and manage the reporting roadmap for operational analyticsEstablish KPIs, metrics, and scalable reporting frameworksPrioritize work based on business impact and strategic alignmentEnsure reporting solutions are intuitive, performant, and adoption-focusedStakeholder Partnership & InfluencePartner closely with operations, fleet, and cross-functional leaders.
