Cellicor is seeking to hire an experienced Analytical Development Scientist to join an innovative biotechnology organization developing next-generation cell therapies.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on scientist with experience developing and optimizing analytical methods to support cell therapy development, method validation, tech transfer, and GMP QC testing .
We're interested in professionals with experience in:
- Cell-based functional and potency assays
- Flow cytometry, FACS, and cell viability
- PCR-based methods including PCR, qPCR, and/or ddPCR
- Mammalian cell culture and aseptic techniques
- Analytical method development, optimization, qualification, and validation
- Method transfer / tech transfer into QC laboratories
- Assay troubleshooting, investigations, data analysis, and technical documentation
- Working within GMP-regulated analytical or QC environments
Experience supporting CAR-T, iPSC, cell therapy, gene therapy, or other advanced therapeutic programs is highly desirable.
We're seeking someone who enjoys being hands-on in the lab and can work across Analytical Development, Quality, and Manufacturing teams. Candidates with strong experience in either flow cytometry/cell-based assays or PCR/molecular assays are encouraged to apply.
