Key responsibilities Develop guest-level value scoring and lifetime value models using historical data and predictive analytics Conduct cohort analysis and behavioral segmentation to inform targeting and journey design Translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for marketing and commercial leaders Required qualifications 8-12 years of relevant experience in analytics or consulting Strong proficiency in Snowflake for data management and analytics Experience with Sigma and Salesforce is a plus Ability to translate data findings into business strategies Background in customer value analysis and behavioral intelligence
