The Total Rewards Analyst will assist in designing, implementing, and managing programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent. Responsibilities: Provide support for the annual pay administration process, market pricing, and incentive compensation programs. Conduct internal pay equity reviews and provide analyses for budgeting and forecasting. Administer and maintain job, structure, compensation, and benefit data in Dayforce. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of compensation experience required; benefits administration experience is a big plus. Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of compensation and benefits compliance including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and FMLA. Advanced Excel skills with ability to handle complex data and work cross-functionally. Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
