Focused on enhancing healthcare navigation and compliance initiatives, the full-time Senior Analyst - Healthcare Analytics will work remotely to analyze medical and pharmacy claims, build data products, and resolve data issues using SQL and Python. Key responsibilities: Analyze medical and pharmacy claims to develop and maintain data products that support pricing, quality, and compliance tools Apply advanced models and queries to resolve data issues and improve internal analytics tools and workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and sustain complex code and workflows while ensuring data quality and performance Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience 7+ years of data analysis experience, with at least three years focused on healthcare claims Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and manipulation Knowledge of medical and pharmacy claims data, including relevant coding standards Experience with large-scale data processing tools such as Spark and Databricks
