Producing reliable RCM reports and providing insightful analysis, the full-time Senior Analyst RCM Analytics will work remotely to maintain reporting accuracy, investigate performance changes, and present findings to improve cash flow and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Produce accurate, timely RCM reports and dashboards; validate data and communicate limitations or delays Maintain clear metric definitions, calculations, data sources, and version history Analyze RCM performance to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, information systems, statistics, or a related field 2+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, revenue cycle analytics, financial analysis, or business intelligence Strong understanding of healthcare RCM workflows and measures Advanced Excel skills and experience with a business intelligence or data visualization tool Ability to explain complex analysis in concise, nontechnical business language
