Supporting the launch and scaling of IAA's vehicle enhancement and make-ready program, the full-time remote Analyst, Remarketing Enhancement will manage data analysis, reporting, vendor performance tracking, and process documentation to drive operational efficiency and Gross Transaction Value growth. Key responsibilities Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to track enhancement metrics and trends Analyze costs and vendor performance to identify opportunities for margin improvement and pricing discipline Document workflows and support the development of standard operating procedures for enhancement processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field 3+ years of experience in an analyst, operations support, business analytics, or process improvement role Technical/professional accreditation in Finance or related field preferred Lean/Six Sigma, data analytics, or business intelligence certifications are a plus
