Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $95,000 to $100,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to portfolio reporting and analysis across various investment platforms and accounts.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data for tracking, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Assist in managing quarterly reporting and annual planning processes for a large portfolio of investments.
• Support valuation activities by reviewing internal models, external appraisals, and key financial assumptions.
• Maintain and enhance systems and tools that provide real-time portfolio insights to stakeholders.

• Experience in financial analysis, investment management, or a related field through internships or prior roles.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential, including the ability to build and maintain complex models and reports.
• Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and effectively.
• Comfortable working with multiple data sources and systems to improve reporting and operational efficiency.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a similar discipline.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret financial, operational, and market data.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate concepts and valuation methodologies is preferred.
• Demonstrated curiosity and initiative in solving problems and improving processes.
• Ability to adapt to evolving tools, technologies, and priorities with a proactive mindset.
