Job Title
The successful candidate will be responsible for globally owning or supporting the following key duties:
• Perform BAU tasks for Apptio, including:
o Loading, validating, and reviewing data on timely basis
o Analyze and create dropout cost reports
o Resolve dropout through stakeholders or configuration updates needed in Apptio
o Categorization of vendor invoice line items/products
o Management of TBM office mailbox (access requests, stakeholder questions, etc.)
o Update any SOPs, data dictionaries, or model documentation as changes are made
• Find opportunities for process improvements
• Map and transform large sets of data
• Develop an understanding of our TCO model and data sources from bottom to top
• “Reverse engineer” the allocations and data relationship tables to determine data flows and/or solve issues
• Provide adhoc cost reporting & analysis for our stakeholders
• Stay current with Apptio’s new functionalities
• Identify improvements needed in data quality and work with the data owners to implement governance
• Develop our TCO model to meet roadmap requirements:
o Creating & developing new allocation rules and objects
o Updating & creating new formulas and tables
o Building new reports for users
Required Skills: 1. RTBMA Certified 2. Excellent skills in MS Excel (If statements, vlookup, pivot tables, etc) 3. Bachelor's Degree, related to computer information systems, or equivalent experience 4.
