To us, success means:Investing in others' success and making others feel valuedBeing a thinker and a doer, setting the bar highBringing creativity, ingenuity, and your unique perspectiveRESPONSIBILITIES:Team Operations and AnalyticsDevelop and fine-tune systems and processes to streamline our work and make it betterManage the Communities inbox, promptly fielding questions, queries, and ad-hoc requestsEnter CRM data, maintain CRM database, and ensure data integrity across all communitiesAssemble regular reporting and insights in preparation for meetings, events, or in response to inquiries: portfolio and investment data, analytical and qualitative intelResearch, qualify, and assemble marketing lists for webcasts, events, etc. and manage RSVPsManage Communities waitlists and new group interest, providing regular status reportsDrive and execute annual client survey across Dimensional CommunitiesCommunitiesSupport the day-to-day activities of the team's Regional Directors and Senior AssociatesAct as a process lead through planning, preparing, and following up on in person and virtual group meetingsMaintain detailed, up-to-date documentation of groups, individual participants, events, agendas, surveys, materials, communications, and notesBuild relationships and coordinate closely with internal teams including: events, business analytics, broadcast, portfolio management, research, legal, compliance and marketingSome travel may be expectedContent Creation and UpdatesPrepare presentation materials to be used in meetings with clients and prospectsCreate and prepare agendas, facilitation guides, checklists, surveys, handouts, and presentationsWrite and copy edit emails, surveys, and other client communicationsAssist in the initial development and regular updating of Communities-related marketing materials and communications—for print, online, and social mediaCoordinate all collaboration and review with marketing, legal, and compliance teamsInvestment, Industry, and Business ExpertiseDevelop a deep understanding of capital market research and application to portfolio management; as well as the industry and related business practicesServe on a regular rotation with peers across GCG business channels to answer the Financial Advisor client service line, providing answers and solutions to ad hoc investment questions and related client serviceAdvance towards presenting Dimensional Updates to communities, communicating complex investment principles, research, and product developmentsAdvance towards presenting Communities and business insights to clients and other audiencesAdvance towards co-hosting live and recorded studio webinars on various topicsQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree required with a strong academic record1-3 years' experience in the Financial Services Industry (including internships)Understanding of Dimensional's investment philosophyStrong analytical, quantitative, qualitative, verbal, and written communication skillsOutstanding interpersonal skills; keenly perceptive with off-the-charts empathyImpeccable attention to detailAble to work equally well in a team environment and independentlyExcellent time management and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple projectsValues and purpose-driven, with high ethical standards, professional and personal integrityDemonstrated initiative, accountability, and a focus on consistently delivering quality workStrong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn software as neededSIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses (or attainment within the first 12 weeks of hire as a condition of employment)Intention to pursue outside investment-related education (e.g., MBA, CFA, CFP) as you progress in your career a plusDimensional offers a variety of programs to help take care of you, your family, and your career, including comprehensive benefits, educational initiatives, and special celebrations of our history, culture, and growth.It is the policy of the Company to provide equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.
