Description:
- Responsible for board-level analysis of failed 2-way subscriber products (both mobile and portable 2-way radios).
- This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in testing, diagnosing, and repairing electronic assemblies to identify the root causes of failures.
- Analyze rejected electronic assemblies using various test equipment, simulators, and troubleshooting skills.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems, define corrective actions, and communicate findings effectively.
- Identify vendor vs. process defects and write detailed failure analysis reports.
- Record data of failures and explain diagnoses clearly.
- Work independently and adapt to varying conditions.
- Support factory operations on weekends when required.
- Associate's Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology required (Bachelor's preferred).
- Proficiency in operating/setup of electronics equipment (signal generator, modulation/audio analyzers, spectrum analyzer, power meter, oscilloscopes, etc.).
- RF knowledge and 1-3 years of related experience.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for component-level troubleshooting is a PLUS.
- Extensive knowledge of 2-way subscriber products is a PLUS.
- Strong electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills required.
- Steel toe boots are mandatory.
- Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 am - 2:15 pm),2nd shift (2.45pm - 11pm)
