Analysis Engineer
Location: Everett, WA Rate: DOE $/Yr. Position Type: Full Time Interview Process: Phone Followed by F2F
US Citizen, Green Card and GC EAD
Min 2+ Years of experience in CAE Software Customization – NASTRAN, PATRAN, ABAQUS are mandatory – CATIA V5 Analysis Workbench – Hypermesh / Simula/OPTISTRUCT / Other FE Tools is preferable
Min 4+ years of programming knowledge and experience in C++, Python, Matlab, VB, Java, MS Excel Macros
Aerospace analysis experience – Primary & Secondary Structures, Interiors etc. in both Metallic and Composite using FEA Tools and Hand Calculations
Good understanding and Experience in Stress Analysis Process automation
Experience in identification of Engineering process improvement & process optimization areas
Understanding and experience in processing different FEM file formats (BDF,Punch,fo6, HDF5,odb, etc) & related databases
Experience in defining and extracting different loads for Pre-processing
Experience in CAD – CAE Integration approaches
Knowledge of the MATLAB and Visualization tools development & integration experience for the Finite element models
Experience in building interoperability with different applications
Experience in capturing engineering processes and development of Process Documents
Exposure to Value Stream Mapping would be preferable
Experience in Design – Analysis Tools Integration
