- 7 am – 5 pm, 4/10‑hour shifts, Mon‑Thurs or Tues‑Fri
- Multiple specialties: mostly general anesthesia (GA), some gastrointestinal (GI), emergency department (EP), interventional radiology (IR)
- No obstetrics‑gynecology, cardiac surgery, or pediatric patients under 4
- General anesthesia required
- PALS, ACLS, BLS certification required
- Hospital privileges required
