AMSE Continuous Improvement System Support SpecialistProSidian Consulting is looking for a AMSE Continuous Improvement System Support Specialist (Full-Time) located in The Hanford Tri-Cities Area (Kennewick | Pasco | Richland) to support an engagement for the US Dept. of Energy (DOE) Hanford in Eastern Washington (Tri-Cities - Kennewick | Pasco | Richland) Area.The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide General Support Services Contractor (GSSC) assistance to support DOE Hanford (which consists of Richland Operations Office (RL), and Office of River Protection (ORP)) in support of the Govt's operations, personnel management, and general administration of regional operations at the Hanford Site in Richland, Washington.ProSidian Consulting's work includes supporting DOE requirements for consulting support, acquisition support, program/project management support, operational/administrative business support, and environmental consulting support.It is also ProSidian's duty to protect all classified information, special nuclear material, and other DOE property and work in accordance with DOE security regulations and requirements to maintain responsibility for protecting all classified information and all classified matter (including documents, material and special nuclear material) which are in every Engagement Team Member's possession and in connection with the performance of work under this contract against sabotage, espionage, loss or theft.AMSE Continuous Improvement System Support Candidates shall work to support requirements as a AMSE Continuous Improvement System Support Specialist and provide continuous improvement system support for the United States Department of Energy (DOE), Richland Operations Office (RL), Assistant Manager for Safety and Environment.The AMSE Continuous Improvement System Support Specialist shall provide support in the following areas:Implementation of RL continuous improvement program efforts.Qualitative and quantitative analysis of AMSE programs, and continuous improvement (issues management) system data.Design and maintenance of AMSE programs performance metrics.Coordination of SME inputs to the RL Integrated Evaluation Plan (IEP), tracking and reporting of its progress.Assist with corrective action interfaces between RL and contractors; Responses to issues management program and system questions.Assist with RL continuous improvement program processes.Assist with the development of RL wide communications regarding implementation of RL continuous improvement processes.Analysis of AMSE safety reporting/management systems and recommendations for improving AMSE processes and systems.Assist with the development, analysis, and implementation of business processes, tools (e.g., software), and systems to support SMEs in performing their contract/safety oversight responsibilities.Assist with the development and assessment of functions and processes related to management and reporting systems, such as continuous improvement dashboards, safety performance/analysis, and contractor assurance system (CAS) performance reports.Provide continuous improvement item status (dashboard) and condition trend reports.Provide management-level reports on AMSE program health.Provide improvement feedback recommendations for improving AMSE processes and systems.Provide presentation materials, including briefings, white papers, position papers, research documentation, and assessment reports.Provide IEP status, CAS performance, safety performance/analysis, and contract performance reports.Provide training on AMSE business, safety and management continuous improvement processes.QualificationsThe AMSE Continuous Improvement System Support Specialist shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: The AMSE Continuous Improvement System Support Specialist personnel shall possess the following minimum qualifications:Bachelor degree in relevant field of study.Experience in working DOE management systems, policies, and procedures.Ability to identify management system inefficiencies, gaps, other system-level weaknesses, and successes.Substantial experience in applying analytical techniques, performing various types of process review, developing process improvements, and using automation tools.Substantial experience in supporting safety oversight analysis, tracking, monitoring, assessment, review and coordination.Excellent communication skills.Experience in database management, including interactive database management.Ability to work simultaneously and in a collaborative manner with diverse technical subject matter experts/points of contact.Proficiency in development and presentation of staff training.Experience in performing management assessments.Proficiency of the Microsoft Office suite of tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and other automation tools.Ability to independently perform multiple tasks with dynamic priorities.Ability to create various types of performance status reports.U.S. Citizenship. TRAVEL: Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.

LOCATION: Work shall be conducted at the Department of Energy - Richland Operations Office, The Hanford Site, and Richland, WA.
