Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving highly complex operations problems and initiatives requiring exceptional handling and coordination of multiple operational and/or product specialists to resolve. Job expectations include managing projects and the introduction of new initiatives, systems, products, services, and processes and coordinating necessary expertise across multiple operations functions and products.Line Of Business Job DescriptionAnti-Money Laundering (AML) Know Your Customer/Client Due Diligence (KYC/CDD) is part of the Global Operations organization and is responsible for client AML/KYC refresh globally. The team supports the business in completing AML/KYC due diligence checks as well as maintaining client records.ResponsibilitiesConfirms loan documentation for accurate trade settlementsPartners with Sales Associates, Traders, Research Analysts, trading counterparties, internal and external attorneys, administrative agent banks, and various other internal operations groupsManages post-trade management and logistics, settlement pricing, and closing coordinationAnalyzes and resolves highly complex operational problemsSupports ad-hoc projects for new processes or industry initiativesProcesses loans end-to-end with accurate data input into various credit and operating systemsConducting client due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (ECDD) in accordance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines aligned to more complex Jurisdictions and/or client structures.Review of refresh requirements for assigned jurisdiction in line with related Client Identification Profile (CIP)/CDD Procedures to ensure adequacy and accuracy before the requirements are sent to the client.Liaise with sales/ client outreach teams to obtain and validate correct documentation to fulfill refresh requirementsPerform client refresh through the review of client documentation, vendor databases and data entered into proprietary systems to Ensure all refresh requirements are metEnsure all jurisdictional regulatory requirements related to KYC are adhered to support business with KYC related queries and requestsParticipate in remediation, internal/external AuditsRequired Skills2+ years financial services experience, with at least one year of AML and/or KYC experienceHighly developed business acumen for the review and management of detailed documentation.Documented experience performing in a process-oriented production environment that changes periodicallyAppropriately identify and escalate riskExpert experience with MS Office Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook/Access)Proven ability to work in a team environmentmultiple assignments simultaneouslyProven ability to successfully meet tight deadlines while ensuring data accuracy and integrityProven ability to work and execute with minimal supervisionDesired SkillsAnti Money Laundering (AML) Know Your Customer/Client Due Diligence (KYC/CDD) experienceSkillsData Collection and EntryRecording/Organizing InformationAttention to DetailCritical ThinkingResearchFraud ManagementRisk ManagementInterpret Relevant Laws, Rules, and RegulationsQuality AssuranceProblem SolvingAdaptabilityCustomer and Client FocusPrioritizationResult OrientationWritten CommunicationsShift1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week40Pay Transparency DetailsUS - IL - Chicago - 540 W Madison St - Bank Of America Plaza (IL4540)Pay and benefits informationPay range$65,000.00 - $116,700.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.Discretionary incentive eligibleThis role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
