AML Transaction Monitoring Application DeveloperDesign, development, customization, and testing of components of the AML Transaction Monitoring Application including supporting migrations and maintenanceDesign, build and maintain APIs, User experiences, services and systemsDesign and develop data integration workflow that provides for the extracting, loading and transforming of dataWorking on technical specifications and documentation which may include data modelling, dataflow diagramming, screen design, workflow analysis, etcResolution of issues reported in test and on production systemsIntegration of the systems developed in-house with vendor solutionsInvolvement in creating the scripts for deployment and checkout of the solutionDesign and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate suitability and viability of new technologies and solutions from both functional and technical perspectivesWorking with project managers, developers, testers and other specialists across multiple teams and locations to make sure that projects meet business needsStrong technical design and development skills5 plus years of relevant working experience in the Financial Compliance space preferably in AMLStrong Experience in programming Languages Java and Python, functional and object-oriented design, J2EE technologies, Struts or Spring MVC and HibernateExperience with building WebServices/APIs (SOAP and REST), writing Plugins to integrate other internal/external applicationsStrong Experience in Oracle ODI ETL development using datastores, topology, building objects in Designer, Monitoring Operator, setting different type of KMs, Agents, etcStrong experience with relational database such as Oracle, MS SQL server and PL/SQLExperience with UNIX and Windows operating systemsAbility to conduct code reviews and work with build and automation code deployment toolsAbility to research, analyze, solve problem and present results / recommendationsGood Team player, must be self-motivated, have strong analytical skills, plan and manage time effectively, and business focusedStrong communication skills (both written and verbal)Exposure to AML Transaction Monitoring applications like Oracle OFSAA/FCCM (f.k.a.
