Working remotely from anywhere in the United States, the full-time Senior BSA/AML Operations Analyst will utilize transactional monitoring and analytical skills to enhance BSA/AML/OFAC controls, ensuring compliance with federal regulations while identifying and mitigating financial threats to cardholders and products. Key Responsibilities Analyzing complex datasets to determine the necessity of enhanced due diligence and investigations Managing BSA/AML processes to meet SLAs and regulatory requirements effectively Fulfilling BSA/AML/OFAC regulatory obligations, including filing SARs and CTRs while maintaining documentation standards Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in BSA/AML/OFAC activities within the financial services industry Proven experience in writing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) Experience in conducting financial crime investigations or money laundering monitoring High school diploma or equivalent Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
