We're looking to hire a talented Electrical Assembler based in Denton, Texas.Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical components that support manufacturing operations.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring products meet quality standards, production schedules, and engineering specifications while contributing to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.Primary DutiesPerform complex electrical and mechanical assembly using drawings, schematics, and work instructionsBuild assemblies using techniques such as drilling, crimping, screwing, deburring, tapping, brazing, and solderingConduct testing of assembled units to verify functionality, quality, and reliabilityTroubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical assemblies, including wiring issuesCollaborate with R&D and engineering teams to test new components and support product developmentAssist in creating and updating work instructions for assembly and testing processesReview and utilize Bills of Materials (BOMs) and part data within the MRP systemMaintain accurate product documentation in accordance with ESAB standardsFollow all safety procedures and promote a safe and compliant work environmentSupport quality processes and continuous improvement effortsPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience: 2–5 years of experience in complex electro-mechanical assembly preferredTechnical Skills:Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawingsProficiency in soldering, brazing, drilling, and crimpingFamiliarity with assembly tools and measuring equipmentExperience with MRP systems and understanding of BOM structuresBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and ExcelFamiliarity with electronic document management systems preferredLanguage: Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)Working ConditionsWork is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, tools, and electrical componentsMust wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working in plant areasFrequently required to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasksAbility to lift, move, or position materials up to 50 lbs. and push/pull heavier items using assistive equipmentMay occasionally be exposed to varying temperatures and noise levels typical of a production environment*This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
