Seeking a bilingual (French & English) AMF Licensed Claims Adjuster, the full-time position will involve investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving insurance claims while ensuring compliance with provincial regulations, all in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Investigate, evaluate, and manage insurance claims from initial notice to final resolution, ensuring an exceptional customer experience Review claims for accuracy and compliance, making recommendations for approval, denial, or escalation as needed Provide technical coaching and support to team members on claims handling and regulatory requirements Required qualifications Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal Current and active AMF Personal Lines Claims Adjuster License A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive claims adjusting Strong understanding of insurance policies and claims investigation practices Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows-based applications
