Americas Crisis Readiness Lead

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a seasoned Crisis Management Execution Lead to head day-to-day crisis response and readiness across the Americas from its Charlotte hub. You will guide geographic leadership, coordinate with CSIS and security functions, and ensure timely execution of Citi’s crisis framework.

The role emphasizes leadership under pressure, strategic advisory, and cross-functional collaboration with visibility at the MD level. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
