American Studies: Cultural History & Public Humanities

The American Studies Program at Yale University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track or tenured faculty member at all ranks in U.S. Cultural History and Cultural Studies with a start date of July 1, 2027.

Applicants should focus on nineteenth- and/or twentieth-century U.S. cultural history, nationally and transnationally, with emphasis on labor history, disability history, environmental history, or colonial histories.
