Tucked between beautiful beaches and a natural coastal lake, the community is rich in natural beauty.The Amenities Concierge is an ambassador of first impressions and responsible for assisting homeowners and guests so they can enjoy the amenities facilities and all they have to offer. This role is fundamental in maintaining our lively community and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for all.What you'll accomplish:Offering concierge servicesExtending the highest level of service to residents and guestsAssisting with facility admittanceTactfully enforcing rules and regulationsSharing community information including parking regulations and services offeredPrioritizing tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environmentWhat we're looking for:Customer service and hospitality experienceProfessional communication, appearance, and behaviorComfortable working outdoors in various weather conditionsAbility to work calmly and effectively under pressureFlexibility to work after-hours, holidays, and weekends as scheduledMust pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkIf driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver's license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits.
You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing.
