Support day-to-day production and execution of multiple events by maintaining timelines, deliverables, and project documentation. Build, maintain, and update project timelines, workback schedules, and task trackers to keep deadlines on track. Coordinate shipping, inventory, vendor communication, budget tracking, and onsite materials management. What You'll Bring: 3–5 years of agency or in-house brand experience in experiential or events. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple timelines. Excellent communication and teamwork with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
