Tampa Bay Joint and Spine is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead Pre-Op, PACU and GI nursing staff at our ambulatory surgery center in Clearwater, FL. This role focuses on patient safety, efficient operations and high-quality perioperative care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
The ideal candidate will hold a Florida RN license with a Bachelor’s degree, have at least three years of surgical experience, and be proficient in OR nursing.
