Ambulatory Surgery Clinical Director — OR Lead

Leonardtown Surgery Center is seeking a Clinical Director of Ambulatory Surgical Services to oversee day-to-day operating room operations and drive efficiency and patient experience. The Director will report to the ASC Administrator and collaborate to ensure fiscal accountability, policy development, and staff performance.

This role requires nursing leadership, budgeting oversight, staff credentialing, safety compliance, and clinical program management across OR and Pre-Op/PACU.
