Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Experience

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Pediatric Ambulatory Clinic experience is required.
• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
  

Requirements

• Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license (required for submission).
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details
Must be up to date on current COVID 19 vaccine requirements. Must be before start of assignment.
Nicotine Free Facilities- Negative Drug test w/ Nicotine required.
Must be able to start within 3 weeks from the job’s listed start date.
Split clinic and administrative/division position - Will split time between clinic and admin/division position (managing patient needs via phone/my chart/faxes/emails)
Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 1 year Peds experience required
Preferred Skills/Experience: Peds and/or Neurology experience preferred, ambulatory experience is a plus.
Required Credentials: PALS or PEARS Required
Types of Patients on Unit: All Neurological diagnoses affecting newborns to 21, primarily epilepsy
Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 12 months (Any reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required
