Ambulatory Care Pharmacist Specialist | Clinical Role

The Clinical Pharmacist Specialist – Ambulatory Care at Alameda Health System provides safe, effective, cost-efficient medication therapy management in ambulatory settings. Under direction of Pharmacy leadership, you will plan, organize, and monitor ambulatory care services at Highland General Hospital and HGH Urgent Care.

This role requires advanced pharmacotherapy knowledge, doctor of pharmacy degree, and PGY1 (PGY2 preferred) with 3–5 years ambulatory care experience.
