Ambulatory Care Pharmacist — Patient-Centered Outcomes

Ambulatory clinical pharmacists will practice within the Baptist Health Specialty Pharmacy or embedded within a multidisciplinary clinical team to support clinics. The primary responsibility is to assure the provision of safe, efficacious, cost-effective, and high-quality medication therapy disease management to patients in the ambulatory setting.

The pharmacist will interact with patients and providers remotely and face-to-face as needed.
