Pride Health is hiring a RN Ambulatory Care to support our client’s medical facility in Staten Island, NY 10314 . This is a 13-week assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Summary:

• RN Ambulatory Care. 40 hours per week (5x8s; Days)

RN Ambulatory Care:

• Carries out nursing assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

• Completes and documents initial and ongoing patient assessments.

• Performs care interventions and evaluates them against patient goals.

• Adjusts or modifies treatment plans as directed or indicated by the supervisor.

• Provides patient and family education on disease prevention and management.

• Delegates patient care tasks to other members of the team as necessary.

Experience required:

• Minimum of 2 years of Ambulatory Care/Outpatient experience is required.

Additional Information:

• Travel Weekly Pay: $2300/week to $2424/week

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
