About The Role
At the forefront of this role, your responsibilities will be:
- Strategize and implement review collection initiatives across all of our Amazon product listings
- Plan and execute giveaways to incentivize customers to leave reviews
- Monitor and respond to direct messages from customers regarding their experience with our products
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding in all review collection efforts
- Track and report on star ratings across all products
The Successful Applicant:
2+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing preferred
Knowledge of Amazon's policies and guidelines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance metrics
